Nothing To See Here!

There is nothing like a run of yellow caution tape to draw a crowd of zombie onlookers, or bring a lane of traffic to a dead stop. So how can we solve the problem?
"Everything is OK" caution tape. Apparently Someone thought it could really help. Personally, I doubt it, but that doesn't mean that I wouldn't mind getting my hands on a roll. I can just see the neighborhood now...
